Privacy Policy

The short version: DuckHead watches you through the camera, but only on your phone. Camera frames and microphone audio are analyzed on the device and thrown away. They are never saved, uploaded or seen by anyone. We collect anonymous usage stats and crash reports to improve the app, the app stores handle your payments, and we never sell your data.
Who we are
ProDuckTivity (the mobile app and producktivity.net) is run by Visai Yazılım Ltd. Şti. ("we", "us"). If you have a question about your data, email us at [email protected].
Camera and microphone
During a focus session the app uses the front camera to check whether you are looking at your work, and, if you turn on talk detection, the microphone to notice when you are talking.
- Each camera frame is passed to Google ML Kit face detection, which runs on your phone. It returns head angles and whether a face is present. The frame is then discarded.
- Microphone audio is read as a live stream and only its loudness is measured on your phone. Nothing is recorded or kept.
- No photos, video or audio are ever stored on the device, uploaded to us or sent to any third party.
- Both permissions are optional. You can deny or revoke them at any time in your phone's settings.
What stays on your phone
Your settings (timer length, strictness, sound mode, phone placement) and your session history are stored locally on your device. They are not sent to us. Uninstalling the app deletes them.
If you tap Share on a session report card, the app creates an image of the card and hands it to the app you choose. What happens next is up to you and that app.
What we collect
The app does not ask for your name, email or an account. We collect the following through service providers:

We do not use advertising IDs. Collection of the Google Advertising ID and Apple IDFA is turned off in the app, there are no ads, and we do not track you across other apps or websites.
Payments
Pro subscriptions are bought through Google Play or the Apple App Store. They process your payment. We never see your card or bank details. We receive only the purchase records listed above, through Adapty.
The website and the waitlist
producktivity.net has no analytics or tracking cookies. It is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes your IP address and request details to serve and protect the site. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which also receives your IP address.
If you join the waitlist, we store your email address, the time you signed up and your country (derived by Cloudflare from your IP address) in Cloudflare Workers KV. We use it only to tell you when the app launches and about major updates. We never sell or share it. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Who processes your data
- Google (Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics, Cloud Messaging, ML Kit, Fonts): privacy policy, Firebase privacy and security
- Adapty (subscriptions): privacy policy
- Cloudflare (website hosting and waitlist storage): privacy policy
- Google Play and Apple App Store (payments), under their own terms with you
These providers may process data in the United States and other countries. Where required, transfers are covered by safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
Legal basis
We process personal data under Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and, for users in the EU and UK, the GDPR. For users in those places: we process purchase data to perform our contract with you, analytics and crash data based on our legitimate interest in a working, improving app, and waitlist emails and push notifications based on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
How long we keep it
- Analytics data: up to 14 months, then deleted by Firebase.
- Crash reports: up to 90 days.
- Purchase records: as long as needed to provide Pro and meet tax and accounting rules.
- Waitlist emails: until the app launches and we have told you, or until you ask us to delete yours.
Your choices and rights
- Turn off camera, microphone or notification access in your phone's settings.
- Reset or limit analytics through your phone's privacy settings, or uninstall the app to stop all collection.
- Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, or object to how we use it. Email [email protected]. Because the app has no accounts, we may need your Adapty profile ID or purchase receipt to find your records.
- You can also complain to your local data protection authority (in Türkiye, the Personal Data Protection Authority, KVKK).
We do not sell or share personal information for targeted advertising, as those terms are defined under California law.
Children
ProDuckTivity is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country), and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you think a child has given us personal data, email us and we will delete it.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. For significant changes we will also tell you in the app or by email if you are on the waitlist.
